Timblemoon is a small, independent children’s brand. We collect as little as we can, keep it safe, and never sell it. Here is exactly what we do with what you share.

Timblemoon (timblemoonbooks.com) is the website for the Timblemoon and My Fuzzy Friends children's books by author Wilma Nix. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to hello@timblemoonbooks.com.
The Lantern Post (our newsletter): your email address, and optionally your first name. We use it only to send the monthly letter and the welcome message. Every letter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
The fan gallery: a photo of a finished coloring page or craft, a first name (or family name) for the caption, and a parent's email address. A parent or guardian must give permission before anything is posted. The parent's email is never shown publicly and is used only if we need to reach you about the submission.
Keepsake memory book orders: your name, email address, and the story you tell us about your animal. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store your card number.
Some site features — like the coloring pack unlock and the Christmas candy collection — remember your progress in your own browser's storage. That information never leaves your device and we cannot see it.
Timblemoon's books are for children, but this website's interactive features — the newsletter, the gallery, and the shop — are intended for the grown-ups in a child's life. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
The fan gallery shows children's artwork only when a parent or guardian submits it and grants permission. Children are identified by first name or family name only — never by full name, school, or location. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us directly, write to hello@timblemoonbooks.com and we will remove it promptly.
Newsletter emails are sent through our mailing service (Kit). Payments are processed by Stripe. These services handle the information they need in order to deliver email and process payments, under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.
Unsubscribe from the Lantern Post with the link in any letter.
Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information — including removing a photo from the gallery — by writing to hello@timblemoonbooks.com. We will take care of it within a reasonable time.
Clear your browser's storage at any time to reset site progress (coloring pack unlock, candy collection).
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the Lantern Post.
